Two leading companies join forces
From January 23rd, 2025, Schur will have the agency for Ishida in Denmark. With both companies being market leading and family-owned, the new collaboration presents great potential.
Schur is a family-owned packaging company founded in Denmark in 1846. Today the company is managed by 6th generation and is globally represented specializing in packaging, labels, marking, and automation. Ishida was founded in Japan in 1893 and is today world leading supplier of weighing and quality control systems managed by fifth generation in the Ishida family.
Through the years, Schur has collaborated with Ishida on various automation solutions to joint customers, and the two brands have also co-presented at tradeshows. However, the two companies are now ready to bring their collaboration to the next level. Johan Schur, CEO of Schur and 6th generation of management says:

Despite being rooted in two different cultures, the two companies share many of the same values and view on business conduct as both companies are family-owned through many generations. Johan Schur says:

The Ishida agency will be managed by Schur Automation a/s, with expertise within automated packing solutions, logistics, marking and QC equipment.
